Thank you for choosing us to provide your eye care. We look forward to seeing you. Please be aware that eye exams often involve dilation of the pupils and specialized testing. For that reason, eye exams can be lengthy. Be prepared to set aside 1 to 2 hours for your exam. You may want to bring some reading materials. We recommend that patients with diabetes eat prior to their appointments.
If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment please kindly provide us with 24 hours of advance notice to avoid any rescheduling fees.
You may need to have someone drive you home if you have a dilated exam or for any procedures.
Always be prepared to show your photo identification and insurance card. Please notify us if your insurance has changed. Be advised that the testing for glasses and contact lenses is usually not covered by most insurance companies and there will be a separate charge for that testing or fitting. We collect co-pays as required by your insurance upon arrival. Bring an updated list of your medications with you.
